Dirty AC coils
Upper deck supported by lower roof
After listing the roof covering in the next three photos as beyond repair, Â I was still asked the questions “But does it leak”?
Can’t find a clean out plug?
Just use a 2 liter soft drink

Dryer vent used for an AC duct
Stove vent hood with no duct to the exterior
Illegal wire tap in the AC service disconnect
The following 2 photos were taken in a crawlspace of parts of an AC/Heat system. The seller was told by the
HVAC contractor, who was a friend of a friend, that everything was in good condition.

Water heater Pan with no drain line to the exterior
I was so thankful when I was told I was at the wrong address
 Â
This is a dryer vent at the front of a home.
“What was this builder thinking”?                                   Â

Complete service panel in “flipped house”. Obviously no permit…
Â
Squirrel that chewed on an electrical cable in an attic.

Water leaking from a bad tub spout connection may spray

Why does the floor shake?
    Â
This deck has no lags connecting it to the side of the home.
It was installed on top of decorative brick that
is now pulling away from the home.
Damaged support beneath beam in crawlspace.
Maybe it was in the way of the electrical wiring
This “live” wire was found beneath the kitchen sink in a
brand new constructed home. It was run for a
garbage disposal which was not going to be installed.
Very dangerous
I have no idea why the critters didn’t run
before the fireplace was lit
Operating AC / Heat with no Filter
Produces dirty Coils in Air Handler
Burnt sheathing on conductors in electrical panel
Dedicated breaker for AC / Furnace air handler located
next to a light switch in the furnace closet. Wouldn’t be
to good reaching in to turn on the closet light.
NO Radios on top of hot tubs !!!!!!! CLICK HERE

This is wiring for an “addition room”. Instead
of pulling a circuit from the panel,
wiring was tied into an existing junction box.
This GFCI was in a bathroom approximately 2 feet from a shower
Leak in furnace exhaust duct in two locations in attic.
Gases and possibly carbon monoxide is
being deposited into attic space
Found this outlet in a child’s room between a wall and a crib. I don’t think the
child protection is doing much good here
This water heater was installed in an attic.
The hood for exhaust gas duct is sitting behind pipe.
This has been depositing gases
into this attic since 2004
when the unit was installed.
And my favorite!! The sticker below was attached to an electrical panel. This should tell them there is a problem and to call an electrician to evaluate the problem and repair it
