After listing the roof covering in the next three photos as beyond repair, I was still asked the questions "But does it leak"?

Flexible dryer vent used for AC/Heat duct in attic. Creative but not effective. No insulation on pipe or above bonus room.
Stove vent hood with no duct running to the exterior of the home. This has been this way since the home was built. No hole was cut in the ceiling to install a duct pipe.
Well, there is insulation above the "old" ceiling, however,
the new dropped ceiling has no insulation.
Power needed at the out building in the back yard
so the homeowner decided to pull it from the
existing AC compressor breaker box. Bad choice.
The following 3 photos were taken in a crawlspace
of parts of an AC/Heat system. The seller was told by the
HVAC contractor, who was a friend of a friend, that everything
was in good condition.

The movement in the masonry block foundation wall was easily noted in the report by the paint drip as well as the ledge or lip created by the movement. This home is on a ravine lot as in the diagram below. This can indicate a larger problem and should be fully evaluated.
This "live" wire was found beneath the kitchen sink in a
brand new constructed home. It was run for a
garbage disposal which was not going to be installed.

This is wiring for an "addition room". Instead
of pulling a circuit from the panel,
wiring was tied into an existing junction box.
This GFCI was in a bathroom approximately 2 feet from a shower
Leak in furnace exhaust duct in two locations in attic.
Gases and possibly carbon monoxide is
being deposited into attic space
Found this outlet in a child's room between a wall and a crib. I don't think the
child protection is doing much good here
This water heater was installed in an attic.
The hood for exhaust gas duct is sitting behind pipe.
This has been depositing gases
into this attic since 2004
when the unit was installed.
And my favorite!! The sticker below was attached to an electrical panel. This should tell them there is a problem and to call an electrician to evaluate the problem and repair it
